Building muscle is just as much a mental activity as it is physical. The mind controls the body. If your mind does not want to go through hard and heavy workouts, your body will not want to either. Overcoming this requires dedication and the will to accept new belief systems. Our DNA is has the ability to change and adapt to the reality we wish to create leaving little doubt that it is possible to be the bodybuilder that you so desire to be.
