Product Quality

Meditation device owners, please note, all crystals are supposed to be inside the plastic shape forms, some of which do contain copper powder, the meditation technology is based on the shape power of sacred geometry. Our plastic molded parts allow us a affordable structure needed for consciousness technology.

Return Policy

We offer refunds up to 30 days, after you receive your unit, but only for returned defective merchandise such as from shipping damage. If your returned item is not defective we reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee, and for sanitary reasons, if returned units are missing its plastic wrap, we reserve the right to decide if you receive an exchange only. Please allow 2 to 4 weeks to process your refund. If you are not satisfied with your order you must first contact us on this website using this RMA FORM! Within 30 days of your purchase to begin the return process. If you contact us by emailing your purchase checkout email or through a phone call, we not see your return request. It is mandatory that you use the RMA form, and someone will notify you of  a shipping return address. Buyer is responsible for RETURNING all items and PAYING ALL RETURN SHIPPING FEES in order to receive a refund less relevant restocking fees. We ONLY process returns that have used THIS form!

Custom Orders

If you ordered a custom unit, requested your book be SIGNED, or a consulting session, there are absolutely NO REFUNDS on those items! However its possible we may be able to offer you a exchange by processing a RMA request on this form.

Damaged Goods

Some of our products are custom made and others are shipped directly from suppliers. In the rare event items are damaged in shipment, please contact us within 7 days of receiving to process a replacement.

We guarantee the neo device to be new and free of defects for one year from date of purchase. This guarantee gives you certain rights and all rights are reserved. As always we offer free support and as with any "spiritual” device static or electronic or otherwise.

Shipping Policy

Free domestic shipping within the United States, Canada, AK, HI, and APO addresses. Tracking numbers are available by request only. We also offer free parcel post worldwide shipping for orders over $60, 7 to 90 days depending on region. Orders that are in inventory will ship within one to two weeks unless otherwise notified. If product is not in stock , kindly refer to the product description or email us for the latest expected date of shipment. All return shipping and insurance is the responsibility of the purchaser.

International buyers: We offer free parcel post shipping which can typically be about 3 to 4 weeks. If you want faster USPS Priority (10 to 15 days) or USPS Express International (5- 7 days) shipping for an additional cost is available and comes with a customs tracking number. International parcels that use the priority mail shipping method are only insured for $500.

We ship larger items over 10 pounds USPS priority (10 to 15 days) and USPS Express International (5-7 days shipping) which comes with a customs tracking number. All return shipping and insurance is the responsibility of the purchaser.

Some areas of India and South East Asia may require up to 90 days for delivery if you select the cheapest parcel post shipping, we ask all customers to please be patient with your parcel and refer to tracking numbers if requested. Please keep in mind that during the holidays, this time may vary. If your order does not arrive within 45 days (90 days for southeast Asia and India) email us so we can send you a duplicate at no extra cost.

Southeast Asia - Bangladesh, Thailand, India, etc.  - Up to 90 days

International Customs

Feel free to contact us if you have any special instructions to put on the customs form as some countries may hit you with a vat tax or a import tax if you choose full insurance value. We are experts on this and can come up with a good solution to serve you better. 

Payment Policy

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover credit and debit card payment, as well as international money orders in the mail via Western Union, USPS, and Canadian postal money orders. We do offer papal, however because they have stolen money from us in the past we use it last resort only, please contact us on this website for further instructions. Please note some international credit/debit cards are country restricted so if you have not made a purchase in the United States. If your card was declined we recommend you call your bank first.

I ordered 2+ items, but only received one... where's my order?

Orders are typically shipped from North Carolina, however in the case of a different item types, your order may be shipped separately to get to you faster. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they are on the way.

Why have I not received any order confirmation details?

Most times this is because our customers did not enter their email address in the check out process or accidentally entered the wrong email or mistyped. Throughout the process we send 3-4 emails, including an order confirmation, a fulfillment notice, and a shipping notice. If you believe you may have entered your email wrong please contact us and we will fix it for you.
